Nicor 1999 Leadership Conference
The energy industry is changing from a regulated
to a nonregulated business. Soon gas companies will compete for their
customers and offer new and different energy products in territories
beyond their traditional boundaries. The chairman’s conference
addressed the changes that must take place as Nicor grows, the role
of the attending leaders, and the plan.
Meta-4’s assignment included communications and design consultation,
visualizing the chairman’s key issues and initiatives for the
upcoming year. With the Nicor communications staff Meta-4 developed
presentation materials (audio/visual and print), breakout session
formats and a follow-up report that was distributed to all employees.
